Haute Dolci | Deansgate review

Haute Dolci has officially landed on Deansgate, and it’s every bit the showstopper Manchester deserves. The new flagship is a vision of marble elegance and soft blush tones, its luxe interiors made for both indulgence and the Instagram grid. From the cascading chandeliers to the velvet booths, every detail whispers decadence while inviting you to linger just a little longer.

We were invited to the grand launch, greeted by the warmest staff who seemed to glide through the space with effortless charm. The service mirrored the surroundings, refined, attentive, and quietly confident.

The Hash Grandeur truffle pasta was the definition of comfort elevated. Silky ribbons of pasta were coated in a rich, creamy truffle sauce that felt indulgent without being heavy, finished with a generous shaving of parmesan that tied everything together. The Pasta all’Arrabbiata, in contrast, was bold and fiery, a perfect balance of heat, tomato sweetness, and a hint of garlic, each bite carrying that satisfying kick that lingers just long enough.

For drinks, the luxury strawberry milkshake was pure nostalgia dressed in sophistication, thick, creamy, and topped with fresh strawberries that added a burst of brightness. The Spanish chai, meanwhile, offered something different: spiced, aromatic, and gently sweetened, it brought a touch of warmth to the table.

Dessert, naturally, stole the spotlight. The Matilda cake arrived as a towering slice of chocolate indulgence, glossy ganache, moist layers, and just enough decadence to make you grin. The strawberry cheesecake, light and silky, was the perfect counterpoint, its buttery biscuit base and fresh berry topping adding a note of freshness to end the meal on a high.

Haute Dolci Deansgate isn’t just another dessert spot; it’s a destination. With its flawless service, statement decor, and melt-in-your-mouth menu, it’s set to become the go-to indulgent escape in the heart of Manchester.
